If I need to make any adjustments to your workout or an exercise, I can make them on the fly!

Hi! I’m Ally, a health and fitness fanatic who loves Jesus!

As a former D1 All-American soccer player, I've had a lot of experience with strength training and conditioning.

However, I wanted to know how to create THE BEST workout programs to get results, so I studied to become a licensed personal trainer and invested in obtaining other fitness certifications including the Functional Movement Screen Level 1 & 2, which is all about creating the most effective training programs and reducing the risk of injuries. That's what I care about most!

Therefore, all of my workout programs are carefully crafted. Each exercise is intentionally chosen to get you results while keeping you injury free.

If you desire and are ready to build a strong, healthy, and lean body, I'd love to design your custom workout program and personally train you!

How does the personal training sessions work?

Once you apply and sign up for a personal training sessions, we'll discuss your goals, your health and physical training histories, your desired workout schedule, equipment availability, etc. I'll then build your 100% custom workout program. As soon as it's completed, we'll schedule your first personal training session.

Over zoom, I'll demonstrate each exercise and coach you through the entire workout to ensure that you're doing every exercise correctly. You'll gain more and more confidence with each workout we do together.

Having set appointments and a coach to encourage and motivate you will keep you accountable and on track to reaching your goals.

How many personal training sessions do I get?

You decide how many personal training sessions you want to sign up for!

I'm new to fitness, are the workouts beginner friendly?

Yes! I'll customize the program to your current fitness level and progress each workout from there so you continue to challenge yourself and see results.

Do I need any special workout equipment?

Yes! You will need a couple sets of dumbbells and a box or step, but I also highly recommend some resistance bands as well. With that said, your workouts and exercise choices will be based on the equipment you have access to.

How long is each workout?

A typical workout is approximately 30-45 minutes; but, it can be tailored to your individual preference.
