As James 1:22 says, "don’t just be hearers of the Word, be doers." In other words, I can give you all the information, resources, advice, and workouts, but if you don’t take it and implement it, you won’t see the results.
How do the weekly check-in calls work?
We'll schedule a day and time that works best for you and your schedule. The call will last anywhere from 5-30 minutes depending how much time you have or is needed to discuss your progress and answer any questions.
What is a Biblical-approach to nutrition?
A biblical approach looks to God's Word for health guidance rather than diet culture's advice! God’s wisdom is greater than the world’s! He created us, so He knows exactly what we need! And because God is a good, loving Father, He gives us instructions in the Bible on how to take care of our bodies, so that we can live fully and abundantly and carry out our God-given purpose!
But another reason why we need a Biblical nutrition approach is because food isn't just a physical problem, it's primarily a spiritual problem.
If we are going to overcome our battles with food, we need to turn to God and fight with spiritual weapons!
How does the Biblical nutrition program work?
Once you join, you'll receive access to video trainings that teach you everything you need to know to overcome the physical and spiritual battles of food.
Physically, you'll learn everything from what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, how to grocery shop, how to read a food label, simple meal planning and prepping strategies, what to do in social situations, and so much more.
Spiritually, you’ll learn the "why" behind your uncontrollable cravings, sweet tooth, emotional eating, binge eating, and any other unhealthy eating habits and how to overcome them, so you can honor God and your body.
Do you give meal plans?
I don’t give you some crazy, restrictive diet or meal plan to follow. Instead, I give you lots of recipes and teach you how to make healthy meals and build your plate to support your weight loss and health goals.
Hi! I’m Ally, a health and fitness fanatic who loves Jesus! Oh and sweet potatoes. But I wasn’t always this way.
For 22 years I was a student-athlete with a horrible diet!! Everything I ate was highly processed and full of fat and sugar. My competitive soccer career helped keep my weight and health in check, but once my collegiate soccer career ended, I started to gain weight. I saw a number on the scale I thought I'd never see.
That's what sparked my personal health and fitness journey!
After trying and failing over and over to lose weight on a high protein, low-carb diet while simultaneously spending hours at gym doing high intensity cardio training, I was determined to find out what actually works!
During my quest, I came across a whole foods plant-based diet, which I quickly discovered was the healthiest diet on the planet! I immediately lost weight and never felt better, physically, mentally and emotionally.
I fell in love with nutrition and felt called to teach and help other women how to lose weight for good and optimize and protect their health!
I obtained a Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from Cornell University, a course led by some of the world's leaders in health and wellness.
What I've learned about nutrition will help you lose and maintain weight easily, live longer, have more energy, lower blood cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, prevent and reverse heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and autoimmune diseases, lower your risk of breast cancer and other cancers, avoid Alzheimers, strokes, arthritis, and osteoporosis, and much more!

I’m down 13# and feeling great!
My bloating and stomach pains have ceased, and I have a ton more energy.
Also, I think I’m also seeing positive changes to my hormones as I am not having extremely tender chest pain prior to getting my period, and mood swings.

Completely baffled by no PMS symptoms this week... My insulin has dropped from 15 to 9.1 over the last 6 months
